A morning routine will help you get your day started on a positive note, and it will help you wake up at the same time every day if that’s something you struggle with. Introduce affirmations. The way you speak about yourself matters the most for your mindset. Here are 50 affirmations you can choose from each morning. Have an evening routine. Similarly to a morning routine, having a night routine can end your day on a relaxing and positive note. No more falling asleep on the couch in your makeup! Drink more water.
