This is such a good list! So many of these things are so simple yet we forget about them! I especially love the ‘no electronics 1 hour before bed’ rule – this is definitely one that I need to implement!
I struggle with that one myself! It’s so easy to go on my phone while I’m in bed!
some great ideas here. i am going to try a few and see how it helps me. Thanks for sharing.
These are all such great tips! I found so many on there that I honestly need to work on, so I’m writing them down in my planner as a reminder. ❤️
I think we all can find at least a few things to work on from this list, haha! It’s always good to have a reminder.
I find reading the Holy Bible starts my day with a positive direction, reminds me to be grateful and loves people just like they are.
Wow, such an expansive list! I especially agreed with making your mental health a priority and mixing with new cultures. Those have definitely brightened my life and made me more open to others. Very creative list 🙂
Mixing with other cultures has to be one of my favorite things to do! It’s great learning about customs and traditions which are different to mine.
Great article. I am already doing some on your list and I’m big on 1 and 2. I see some that I would like to try. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve also been enjoying my current morning routine! It makes my day flow so much better.
Such a great list! Lots of tips and ideas to work with to better my life 🙂
Crikey that is a LOT of habits! I do quite a few of these, which is great! x
Some great habits here and I am surprised that I do most of them regularly. I really need to work on going to be earlier and staying off my phone before bed.

So many great tips here! Can’t wait to implement a few of these!
I love this list very timely and helpful! I’m all for self care these days that’s why I find this really informative!
I love this! I love how you include things that aren’t deemed as self-care per se, such as going to your health checkups (which I must admit, I am terrible at doing) but these things are so important to our wellbeing 🙂
Ugh so many great tips here! There’s so many things I swear by, but a few are eating clean, limiting alcohol, doing yoga, & getting a good night sleep!

Gosh the tip about getting up early is so true!! I feel so much better during the day the earlier I wake up!! All the other tips are so awesome!! Thanks for sharing!!
I love this list! I started getting up around 5:30 am every morning a few months ago and it has made such a difference. I keep telling my friends to try it, even if it’s just getting up an hour or two earlier then what they are. They won’t try it though. It’s such a life changer.
Having a good bedtime and morning routine has been super important to me! I’ve finally figured out a routine that works best for me for maximum productivity. Now I’m just trying to make it a habit!

Getting up early in the morning is helping me tremendously to start out my day positive and include awesome things such as meditation, watching a ted talk or drinking some gentle herb tea. I also need to start cracking on that gratitude journal again.
This is really inspiring. And I will bookmark it as a reminder:
