Hi there! Nice to have you here!
I’m Mariam, creator of Boss Babe Chronicles, and known by friends as a major coffee drinker and inappropriate joke maker. Not to mention, I’m a lover of aesthetics, alone time, Netflix, and face masks. If this sounds like you, we are off to a great start.
A bit of a background on me- I was born in Europe and lived there up until I was about 10 years old. My family then moved to the Middle East, which was a huge culture shock. I remember coming out of baggage claim and just wondering “Where am I?” Everyone and everything looked so different. I was used to greenery and cool weather, and when I stepped out of that airport I was hit with hot, sticky air, not to mention I burned my hand trying to put on my seatbelt. YEAH.
20 years later, I am so thankful that I am able to experience so many new cultures. While living here I have met so many people from different backgrounds, religions, and ethnicities. I got to learn 2 new languages, make friends with amazing people, and experience so much more than I probably would have if I hadn’t moved here.
But enough about me. I want to talk about the purpose of my blog and how it all came about.
I started this blog because I had, and still have, this burning passion to better my life. I am a huge advocate of self-care and general personal development, so I thought, why not write about the things I love?
