Kayleigh Zara
Kayleigh Zara is a lifestyle blogger who predominantly writes lifestyle and blogging advice posts, including blog improvements, Pinterest advice, and much more. You can also find beauty, home, and fashion posts on her blog.
I love Kayleigh’s blog for many reasons. Her posts are helpful and to the point and full of information on blogging. She has been at the blogging game for a few years so she knows what she’s talking about!
Below are 3 posts of hers I would recommend all bloggers to read, especially if you’re trying to grow your blog!
She’s Moving Mountains
She’s Moving Mountains is a mental health and lifestyle blog. Weekly posts are published about self-care tips, motivational quotes, and other various topics around mental health.
The goal of She’s Moving Mountains is to create a community to support one another and end the loneliness associated with mental illness.
Mental health is such an important topic and I love that it is the main focus of She’s Moving Mountains. Everybody needs to take care of their mental health and reading blogs like this can definitely help with not feeling alone and finding people to talk to.

Mind over Meds
Ffi is the owner of Mind Over Meds and she is a health, fitness, and wellness blogger documenting her journey to better health and a better life with her husband Steff and her dogs Loki and Cirilla.
When she got struck down by a mental breakdown in November 2019 she knew she could not continue living her life as the workaholic she was so she quit her job, took a step back, and started on antidepressants.
When she felt they were taking their toll on her sanity and started causing confusion she decided to stop taking them and look at other means of treating her depression.
She turned to exercise, healthy eating, meditating, mindfulness and journaling, and within 6 months she started to feel she was getting back to normal. Then, lockdown struck. Her blog is busier than ever and you can find a new post every week.
Check out these posts from Ffi’s blog:

The Amberable
The Amberable is a place created to share with many people out there who find themselves hurting.
Not realizing she had a deeper problem with food other than “oh she likes to eat”, Amber started looking for more help that wasn’t just a “quick weight loss fix”. What she found was that there really isn’t a lot of people out there sharing the truth of their battle.
Feeling alone and lost she decided it was time to create something she could share with others like herself. A home for them to follow her story as she learns to value of true self-love, and how to develop a relationship with her body and food itself.
In this blog, you will find hope that you can learn to find worth in yourself. Empowerment to take back control of your mind, from the negativity, self-abuse, and addiction. Most importantly a place to learn to love yourself for maybe the very first time!
Check out these 3 posts:
- A Series On Addiction
- How To Silence Your Inner Critic
